FIVE STARS. Brilliant service, excellent comms. No hesitation in giving the highest possible recommendation for Steve's Appliance Services Ltd. We found out about him by a very clear recommendation from an appliance expert. Jeff efficiently texted us his ETA, came to test and agree what was required, ordered parts, came back to fit them [twice as first parts didn't resolve issue] and got our beloved Samsung Fridge Freezer working as it should before Christmas! What a star. Incredibly good value too compared to all the others we looked at. Others could easily have charged 2 or 3 times as much, and wanted up front payment. Great pity Samsung are not as efficient or cost effective; and don't seem to honour their extended warranty [that was part of the sales pitch from them and John Lewis!]
